- Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
- Troubleshoot customer problems and take steps to resolve them.
- Assist in ordering products from approved vendors.
- Monitoring competitive pricing for products and updating vendor costs.
- Become familiar with products in order to assist customers.
- Ability to develop customer relationships using the telephone, and email.
- Organized and can follow up consistently.
- Comfortable with technical products and solutions.
- Exhibit written communications skills.
- Comfortable with Google/Microsoft Apps, and CRM Apps.
- Multi-tasker enjoys communicating and building customer relationships.
